The Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation is becoming recognized as one of the top new designations in real estate. The CNE designation was been created so that a Realtors can communicate new negotiating skills to their clients and fellow professionals. After completing the course, as a CNE; Realtors Angelina Pilz and Gene Tick will confidently negotiate superior Win-Win outcomes for their clients. The CNE seminar included over 250 pages of negotiation and CNE marketing materials. Many agents who take the CNE seminar rate it the best training experience of their real estate career and the negotiation knowledge obtained during the CNE seminar can be used in virtually any negotiation inside or outside of real estate.
Angelina Pilz and Gene Tick have joined together to be a power house listing team, what they call Team Advantage. Together they felt that they needed to be on top of the Real Estate game and keep up with all the new negotiating tactics in what they call a new market.
