With the recent Real Estate market slowdown both Angelina and I knew there had to be changes made in how homes in our area were being sold and marketed. Our market area in Pike County Pennsylvania was somewhat protected from the Real Estate meltdown. This is probably because of the easy commute to both New York and New Jersey. (Many of our buyers come from the surronding areas as Orange County NY and Sussex County NJ). But changes were needed in order to sell homes in this declining real estate market.
